happily aching :)
hee.
felt quite happy abt yesterday's training.
it was pretty slack.
but good.
statics was good.
rowing was encouraging.
haven't trained in that way in a very long time.
and it was good.
i guess yesterday's training helped me to get closer to liyanna.
bonding's good.
the fact that it was just 2 of us.
doing push ups together.
rowing together.
though we don't talk much.
but well.

but i must say i still have no idea who the guys are.
as in i know their names.
but other than tt.
pretty surface friendships.

i really had second thoughts abt going for training.
cause jia couldn't go.

the only girl i knew who was going,

training started.
warm ups was quite exciting.
haven't done such stuff in ages.
and basically haven't done some stuff at all before.
haha.
anyway.
i think i should get clothes peg to tighten my shirt collar.
hahaha.
it gets in my way of doing push ups.
cause it's kinda big.
anyway. i'm drifting again.
then after warm ups.
i tried helping sherman with the k1.
i didn't help much.
but i rowed k2 with liyanna!
yeah.
we rowed.
klssc. sdba. 500 toilets. klssc. and towards sdba.
then i kinda jumped out of the boat.
that was quite funny.
yeah i don't really know why i jumped out of it.
i just did.

i was like out of the boat.
and liyanna was like still in the boat.
then she jumped out too.
heehee.
then we started laughing.
cause it really was quite funny.
then we had to swim all the way back.
okay tt part isn't tt fun.
but yeah.
